By accessing or using the website (k2pickleball.com), reserving courts, purchasing memberships, or signing up for SMS notifications provided by Oldsmar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Court Reservations & Cancellation Rules

Reservations and program bookings are subject to court availability and facility rules. Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and guest registration limits are specified at checkout.

4. SMS Text Messaging Terms (Twilio A2P 10DLC Compliance)

Program Description: Oldsmar provides text messaging services (powered by Twilio) for transactional and operational notifications including booking confirmations, court reservation updates, clinic/lesson reminders, cancellation alerts, payment receipts, and account security notifications.

Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile number during account creation or reservation checkout and agreeing to receive SMS updates, you consent to receive text messages from Oldsmar. Consent is voluntary and not required for purchases.

Opt-Out Instructions (STOP): You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Text STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation SMS text upon unsubscription.

Support & Assistance (HELP): For assistance with text messaging, text HELP to any message, or contact customer support at support@k2reservations.com.

Rates & Frequency: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your reservation and account activity.

Mobile Privacy Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Oldsmar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or website.
